Sterling silver will always last you a lifetime if you take good care it. It’s an incredibly beautiful & durable metal.
All my plated jewellery has a base of Sterling Silver.
Don't forget, there is no such thing as 'perfect' every nic or dent adds character & charm to your treats.
WHY DOES STERLING SILVER TARNISH?
All 925 sterling silver will tarnish over time but can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth.
To prevent tarnishing/slowdown the process always:
- Remove your jewellery before bathing, physical activity & in bed.
- Keep away from chemicals such as chorine, perfumes, creams etc.
The PH levels of your skin can also encourage tarnishing of jewellery. Changes in your PH can occur from, certain foods, medication & hormones.
TAKING CARE OF STERLING SILVER & GOLD PLATED OF JEWELLERY
To ensure your fine jewellery always looks its best, always:
- Remove your jewellery before bathing, physical activity & in bed.
- Keep away from chemicals such as chorine, perfumes, creams etc.
- Polish Sterling Silver with a silver polishing cloth regularly.
WILL THE GOLD PLATING RUB AWAY?
Not if you take proper care of your items.
Always follow the above rules.
Use a damp microfibre cloth to remove any debris from your jewellery & never submerge your Plated Jewellery.

RETURNS POLICY
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request for a full refund – excluding p&p.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned with original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I advise that you use a tracked shipping service. Any lost items on return are the responsibility of you the customer – unfortunately I can’t refund for anything not received!

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
